1 Claiming for exhibition floorplan and application from the undertaking unit, faxing the application ,which is filled and carried your official seal after you have choosen the position from the exhibition floorplan, to the undertaking unit to confirm. The priciple of arranging position: first application, first payment, the first arrangement.The exhibition position will be eventually confirmed till the undertaking unit receives the payment of exhibition.

2 Exhibitor should remit payment to undertaking unit??s designating account since exhibitor receives the ??Exhibitor??s Confirmation?? in seven days,otherwise,undertaking unit has right to remove the exhibitor??s position,then the position depends on the exhibition??s condition .
