1、概述：
本機組是一種可以同時完成干燥和造粒的裝置。按工藝要求可以調(diào)節(jié)料液泵的壓力、流量、噴孔的大小，得到所需的按一定大小比例的球形顆粒。
General Descriptions:
The set is an apparatus that can finish drying and granulating at the same time. The needed ball granule with certain size and ratio can be got in accordance with requirements of process to adjust pressure, flow, and size of atomizing hole.
2、設備特點：
①、干燥速度快，料液經(jīng)霧化后表面積大大增加，在熱風氣流中，瞬間就可以蒸發(fā)95%-98%的水份，完成干燥的時間僅需十幾秒到十秒鐘，特別適用于熱敏性物料的干燥。
②、所得產(chǎn)品為球狀顆粒，粒度均勻，流動性好，溶解性好，產(chǎn)品純度高，質(zhì)量好。
使用范圍廣，根據(jù)物料的特性，可以用熱風干燥，也可以用冷風造粒，對物料的適應性強。
③、操作簡單穩(wěn)定，控制方便，容易實現(xiàn)自動化作業(yè)。
Features of Equipment:
①、The dry speed is fast. The surface area of raw material liquid after atomized will be increased greatly,95-98% of moisture can be evaporated at moment. The time to finish dry needs about ten seconds to several tens seconds. It is suitable for drying thermal sensitivity material particularly.
②、The finished product is ball granule with uniform size. Its fluidity and solubility are good. The purity of product is high and its quality is good.
It applied scope is wide. According to the characteristics of raw material, it can use hot air to dry and can also use cool air to granulate. It has strong adaptability to raw materials.
③、Its operation is simple and stable and its control is simple and convenient and is easy to realize automatic operation.
3、適用范圍：
噴霧干燥造粒：化工；有機催化劑、樹脂、合成洗衣粉、油脂類、硫胺、染料、染料中間體、白碳黑、石墨、磷銨等。
①、食品：氨基酸及類似物、調(diào)味料、蛋白質(zhì)、淀粉、乳制品、咖啡抽取物、魚粉、肉精等。
②、制藥：中成藥、農(nóng)藥、抗生素、醫(yī)藥沖劑等。
③、陶瓷：氧化鎂、瓷土、各種金屬氧化物、白云石等。
④、噴霧造粒：各種肥體、氧化鋁、陶瓷粉、制藥、重金屬超硬鋼、化肥、粒狀洗衣粉、中成藥等。
噴霧冷卻造粒：胺基脂肪酸、石蠟、甘油酸脂、牛脂等。
噴霧結晶、噴霧濃縮、噴霧反應等方面也經(jīng)常用到。
