編者說明：為提高我國
粉末冶金技術水平，相關專業組識和人士，為“引進”國外先進專業基礎技能知識方面，己進行了大量工作。本附件所列初級必讀參考資料中，已用中文者(有的已省略原文)，即他們已經完成的對應編(翻)譯與出版工作的成果。為進一步說明其背景情況，我們特提供本附件供大家參閱。

APM(Powder Metallurgy Technologist)是APMI International為確認具有粉末冶金廣闊領域知識的專業人員而建立的一種自學教育認證。認證分為初級(1evel I)與*(1evel Ⅱ)。自學完規定的課程后，經考試合格者，授予正式的PMT證書。至2006年，通過初級考試的已有229人，通過*考試的16名。
APM International規定的初級與*PTM認證者必讀的參考資料如下：
